Tang Seok Hian

Seok Hian is one of the Directors of IKIGAI, and she specializes in People and Organization Development. She works closely with the founders of her clients to build and scale their leadership and culture.

Drawing on more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience mainly in the media and advertising industry, she has taken on a wide spectrum of roles ranging from generalist, business partner, regional role, coach, and trainer.

Her IKIGAI is to help people make their best decisions in life.

Tham Kit Wei

Kit is one of the Directors of IKIGAI. She is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in audit, operational finance and corporate compliance across industries like IT, media, clean energy, consumer goods, scientific equipment, education, storage and alcoholic spirits.

Kit enjoys working with start-up companies and was in the team of a few start ups, steering the finance strategies and compliance functions in line with their growth and expansion paths, providing financial resilience that is critical to successful businesses.

Her IKIGAI is to create positive impact to the people she interacts with.

Fatin Khan

Fatin is the Consultant of IKIGAI, and she leads the HR operations business. She offers clients the peace of mind off from the HR operations matters and helps clients achieve operational efficiency.

Fatin enjoys working with start-up companies and helping them build up relevant HR systems and processes, creating positive employee experience with the company.

Her IKIGAI is to help people learn, share and grow.
